Limited warranty

Every Osiris product is covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, from the delivery date.

What's covered

• Hardware faults under normal use — panel, ports, and internal components.
• Accessories included in the box.

What's not covered

• Accidental damage, drops, liquid damage, or normal cosmetic wear.
• Damage from unauthorized repairs or misuse.

How to make a claim

Email support@osiris.one with your order number and a short description (photos help). We'll arrange a repair or replacement.
