Shipping

Orders ship from Canada. Once the first collection launches (Q3 2026), in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days, with tracked delivery across Canada typically arriving in 3–7 business days. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.

Returns

If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

• Email support@osiris.one with your order number.
• We'll send a return authorization and instructions.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
